Sovereignty is not a slogan; it is an ownership structure. The question that matters for the next decade is simple: who owns and governs the AI, cryptographic, and software rails that everything else will run on?

Europe produces world-class founders and research, then too often watches the resulting infrastructure get financed, owned, and controlled elsewhere. We exist to change part of that equation — by backing French and European founders with capital and operators, and by keeping ownership and governance anchored here.

Being a listed company is part of this. It lets European retail and institutional shareholders participate directly in a portfolio of frontier-technology businesses that would otherwise be reachable only through private vehicles.

Sovereign does not mean closed. We partner globally, we sell globally, and we recruit globally. It means that when the infrastructure of the next decades is built, a meaningful share of it answers to Europe.
